Keal Technology Empowers Broker-Partners with New Client Experience Advisors

TORONTO – February 23, 2015. Keal Technology, a leader in broker innovation, has taken the Client Experience to the next level with the introduction of the Client Experience Advisor role, proving that the adage, “help us help you” is still a relevant approach to building stronger Broker-Partner relationships. Keal believes that a strong Broker-Partner relationship results in strong broker-consumer relationships. It is with this in mind that they have introduced three new team members, who together, represent a vast experience in the insurance industry in the areas of broker management and rating integration. Keal believes that this new team will show their Broker-Partners, current and future, that their goal is to continue to respond to their needs, and work jointly to discover the possibilities in their current tools and the tools that are available to them.

The Client Experience Advisor will proactively work with our clients and empower them to use the tools and technology available to them in order to do just that.”

The Client Experience Advisor team is comprised of:

Marie-France Laniel comes to Keal with a well-rounded 15 years of experience in the software training industry. Previously, she was a Consultant to Power Broker for over ten years where she sold, implemented, trained and provided support of over 40 Power Broker installations in the province of Quebec.

When we questioned her as to why she had chosen Keal, Marie-France said, “Over 10 years as an independent consultant in the BMS world, followed by a two year collaboration with a majorbroker in the West Island of Montreal, I wanted to return to my roots of working with brokers and helping them achieve their goals. I choose Keal because they’re established in Canada, they have a network of professionals and experts all working for the same goal. Broker & Solutions Driven!”

Tracey Paish joined the Keal team from Applied Systems where she was a Trainer as well as an Account Representative for Western Canada. Before this, she had worked as an Underwriter within a brokerage for over seven years. You will not find many people who know the business from all of the major aspects like Tracey does. Tracey added, “I chose Keal based on their culture and values. Being a Canadian company, I knew that they would meet the needs of Canadian brokers. As for values, Keal reminded me of Compu-Quote: family run, good to the employees, good reputation in the industry.”

Finally, Pam Stoehr joined the Keal team also from Applied Systems. She has spent the last ten years as Senior Account Representative with two well known players in the industry: Applied Systems and Compu-Quote. She has shown tremendous potential in handling sales accounts in her previous positions where she was responsible for much of the success of the clients she was handling. We are pleased that she has chosen Keal. “When I decided to make a move out of my previous role, I thought long and hard about where I wanted to go, and what I wanted to do” said Pam. “After all I had been with the same company for almost 18 years. I knew I wanted to continue to work with brokers, I knew I wanted to work with a leading innovator in the insurance industry; I knew I wanted to work for a Canadian company.
