We are currently seeking a Client Experience Representative Telephone Support for our Grand Falls or Montreal office. You are interested in providing telephone support for Keal’s customers using our insurance brokerage software. You wish to be part of a team dedicated to providing quality services. You are professional and have strong skills for Customer Service. You have a deep knowledge of the Insurance industry and a good experience with Microsoft Windows products. You also have very good technical skills in computer. You are completely bilingual, spoken and written (English and French).
